Yolanda Wysocki

Yolanda Wysocki has an MA in the Study of Human Consciousness. She is an emerging writer of creative non-fiction, whose work has recently appeared in Way Words #17. She has also been published in 2023 online journals, The Writing Disorder and Pensive, A Global Journal of Spirituality and the Arts. An essay was chosen by Tulip Tree Publishing for the anthology, Stories That Need to be Told, 2022. Previously she has published a series of interviews with artists in The Voice Catcher journal, as well as written articles about life coaching for the On-Line Therapy Institute journal. She also loves to paint, dance and meditate.

Belonging?

Ever since I can remember, even now still, I have longed to feel like I belong—seen, understood, accepted and welcome as I am. Rarely happens. One might think I would have come to some understanding of this after all these years! But I think maybe I’m slowly beginning to finally get it.
